ShipOrDie.lol is a public accountability platform for indie makers and vibe-coders. You commit to ship a product by a date, and you put real money on that date.

If you ship, you get the stake back (minus a small cut), a permanent On-Time badge, and a slice of the week's prize pool. If you miss, the money is gone — it funds the people who actually shipped.

The product is the tension: a countdown the internet can watch, a number big enough to hurt, and a leaderboard of people who keep their word.
